Homes for everyone in Amaravati, AP govt launches Happy Nest project
Amaravati (Andhra Pradesh): Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu has initiated the Happy Nest housing project in Amaravati with the objective of building homes for all the residents of Amaravati.

Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority (CRDA) has come up with new web portals www.happynest.live and andwww.crda.ap.gov.in/happynest. for general public which will enable them to book their smart homes online.
For a 1,225 sq ft 2 bedroom flat, the booking fee is 2 lakhs 50 thousand rupees. A maximum booking fee of Rs.7 lakh has been set for a 2,750 sq ft flat.
Happy Nest, which is being organized as a gated community project with all amenities, will be constructed near Nelappadu. The project is being built in the Central Business District and is being developed by the Smart Technology- CRDA
"We are going to build 50,000 sq ft club house, preview theaters, walking tracks, and advanced facilities," a CRDA official said.
Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu has suggested first-come, first-served basis of allotment for applicants.
Happy Nest project promises to act as a catalyst for people who belong to lower or middle-income groups and dream of owning a house in their constraint budget.
