5-yr-old from AP to represent India at world beauty pageant
Vijayawada: A five-year-old girl from Vijayawada has been selected to represent India in the third edition of 'World Rising Stars 2019', an international beauty pageant to be held in the USA later this month.
Yamini Patibandla to represent India at world beauty pageant
Yamini Patibandla, from Andhra Pradesh is all set to represent India in the International beauty contest. She is the daughter of city-based businessman Patibandla Venkat. The first-ever girl selected for the prestigious event from India, Yamini is a class 1 student from the city's Delhi Public School. She had earlier won the city-based Little Princess title in 2018. The five-year-old said that she loved swimming, singing, and dancing, and reciting the Bhagavad Gita. While talking about Yamini's achievement, her mother Jahnavi said that it is a matter of immense pride for her family that she was representing India on the world stage. "My parents were the strongest pillars in supporting Yamini towards achieving this goal," quipped a visibly elated Jahnavi. 'World Rising Stars' will take place from January 8 to 13 in USA's Georgia.
