WATCH: K'taka man surrenders with wife's severed head
Bengaluru: In a fit of rage, a man in Karnataka's Chikmagalur walked into a police station with the severed head of his wife on Sunday evening. Suspecting his wife of infidelity, the accused-- Satish took the extreme step, waked in the police station with the severed head and surrendered before the police.

While his barbarism of carrying his wife's head in his hand was recorded by a constable, the video has been widely circulated on social media.
According to reports, Satish rode 20 km on his motorcycle to reach the police station. Once he reached, he was seen pulling out the severed head from the bag he carried with him. While Satish knew about it, he had earlier warned Roopa.
The accused said that despite his warning, his wife continued with the illicit affair. Satish further added that on Sunday evening when he returned from Bengaluru, he found his wife and the man together. He lost control and attacked the two with a machete. While the man managed to escape with some injuries, he beheaded his wife as an act of vengeance.
